• How does Subscription work?

  Good question! Two ways to subscribe – either begin with Trial Set(s) through the subscribe page – just chose the categories you are interested to get started with trial sizes of our top products. Or build your own subscription box (we call it Clean Box) by simply subscribing to products through the Shop page. Once you have subscribed, you will have complete flexibility on ship frequency, ship dates, and the ability add one-time purchases to your next box – your products, your way.  100% flexibility. Cancel or pause whenever you want.  

• If I subscribe with Trial Set(s), what happens next?

  1. By ordering Trial Set(s) and completing your online order -you’ve officially kicked off your first Every Man Jack Clean Box subscription!
  2. Once you receive your new Every Man Jack Trial Set(s), you’ll have 30 days to either edit the items you’d like to receive in your Clean Box or we’re happy to curate your Clean Box with 3 full-size products that match your Starter Set(s).

  For example, if you ordered only a “Beard Trial Set”, you’ll receive 3 full-size Every Man Jack Beard Collection must-haves.

• If I subscribe with Trial Set(s), can I add additional items to my shipment?

  Yes, after you add Trial Sets to your cart, simply click CONTINUE SHOPPING – and simply choose “add to cart” or “subscribe” to as many additional products as you would like.

• If I want to just build my own Subscription box from scratch, how do I do that?

  1. All products that are available for subscription except for the razor handles and Holiday kits).Simply click on “subscribe” for all products you’d like included in your first Clean Box, and you’re all set!
  2. At checkout you’ll be able to manage your reoccurring Clean Box subscription shipment intervals. Current Clean Box subscription shipments intervals are every 2, 3, or 4 months.

• Can I include one-time purchase in my first and subsequent Clean Box shipments?

  You will have the ability to customize each box – and will always be able to add one-time purchases to upcoming boxes. Or simply place an order to ship immediately if you don’t want to wait for your next box.

• Which countries does Every Man Jack’s Clean Box currently ship to?  

  Every Man Jack’s Clean Box Subscription is currently only available in the US and Canada. We will expand our subscription to other countries soon. Sign up for our emails to be notified of new countries.

• How do I manage what’s in my reoccurring Clean Box?  

  You will be able to manage your subscription through your personalized Clean Box member page.   Confirm subscription items, add one time purchases, adjust frequency, ship date or ship location. Yes, all from one page.

• How do I cancel my Clean Box?  

  Easy to cancel or pause your Clean Box straight from your personalized member page. To cancel, simply remove all items from your clean box subscription box – and you are effectively canceled.

• When will I receive my first Clean Box?

  If you built your Clean Box with Trial Set(s), your first Clean Box will be received a month from when you received your Trial Set(s).   If you built your Clean Box on your own, your first Clean Box will arrive within 2-4 days of placing your order.

  All future Clean Boxes can be set up a for reoccurring order every 2, 3, or 4 months.
